Cajun Circuit |
This class provides a combination of toning and cardio exercises. It is broken down into 60 second stations. |
Cardio Blast |
An action-packed class with an intense combination of high & low impact cardio moves. |
Dancer's Body |
A four quarter class of cardio/legs, arms, abs & stretching using Yoga/Pilates methods. No dancing involved, just stretching. |
Glider Cardio |
Intense cardio workout using gliders and body weight to tone lower and upper body while keeping the heart rate in the target zone. |
Just Dance |
Combines African & Latin dance moves along with American Hip Hop style moves creating an energetic workout. High in dance & choreography. |
Kickboxing |
In this class, you will learn kickboxing skills and drills and then incorporate them into an intense cardio routine followed by a sport specific kickboxing strength and conditioning program ending with a Tai Chi cooldown. |
Pepper Stepper |
Pep up your step with a little Ragin Cajun spice in this step class. |
Pilates |
A core focusing workout that strengthens and tones muscles, improves posture, provides flexibility and balance, and unites body and mind. Pilates helps create a streamline body shape. |
Power Pump |
An action-packed class including a challenging cardio workout & various toning exercises using the body bar and free weights. |
Step-N-Tone |
Step up your stamina in a class that jams with the latest step moves and tone up muscles while using various strengthening exercises using body balls, toning mat exercises, and ab workouts. |
Stretch Fusion |
Complete 60 minutes of stretching and flexibility training. |
Tone-N-Flex |
Weight training, muscle toning, and some step aerobics. |
Yoga |
A class that uses breathing and a flowing movement of stretches to increase flexibility, tone muscles, and reduce stress. |
20/20/20 |
20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of tone(arms & legs), 20 minutes of core. |
