GROUP EXERCISE DESCRIPTIONS
Bayou Body Blast
High impact cardio workout focusing on reaching each individual's target heart rate and toning the entire body by using the step, weights, and choreographed moves.
Belly Fusion
Belly Dance for Fitness is a class that works the body from head to toe. Classes vary weekly including cardio, flexibility & balance, stretching, toning, core strength training, etc., all using the feminine art of belly dance.
Bootcamp
A cardio-based class with the incorporation of weight maintaining, flexibility, and abs.
Cajun Circuit
This class provides a combination of toning and cardio exercises. It is broken down into 30 second stations.
Dancer's Body
A high endurance class that focuses on core strength, the building of long lean muscles, and full body awareness. With the incorporation of traditional and contemporary dance exercises, your body will release stress while building and maintaining a strong body.

Fatburner

Attack fat with this cardio workout with a variety of toning and cardio exercises.

Happy Hour

Expect the unexpected! Any and all types of cardio along with strength training and a good cooldown.

Hip-Hop

Cardiovascular workout utilizing fun dance moves. The mood is light, the music is hip, and the hop is hot!

Kickboxing

In this class, you will learn kickboxing skills and drills and then incorporate them into an intense cardio routine followed by a sport specific kickboxing strength and conditioning program ending with a Tai Chi cooldown.

Pilates

A core focusing workout that strengthens and tones muscles, improves posture, provides flexibility and balance, and unites body and mind. Pilates helps create a streamline body shape.

Power Pump

An action-packed class including a challenging cardio workout & various toning exercises using the body bar and free weights.

Step-N-Tone

Step up your stamina in a class that jams with the latest step moves and tone up muscles while using various strengthening exercises using body balls, toning mat exercises, and ab workouts.

Swiss Ball Cardio / Pilates

This action-packed class has exercises that are the combination of high and low impact cardio programs plus Pilates exercises with the Swiss ball, which targets specific muscle groups including abs, legs, and back.

Tone-N-Flex

Weight training, muscle toning, and some step aerobics.

Yoga
A class that uses breathing and a flowing movement of stretches to increase flexibility, tone muscles, and reduce stress.
Yogalates
A class combining the best of each approach to total health. The stretching and flexibility techniques of Yoga, and the strengthening and toning moves of Pilates.
