Cajun Circuit |
This class provides a combination of toning and cardio exercises. It is broken down into 30 second stations. |
Dancer's Body |
A high endurance class that focuses on core strength, the building of long lean muscles, and full body awareness. With the incorporation of traditional and contemporary dance exercises, your body will release stress while building and maintaining a strong body. |
Fatburner |

Hip-Hop |

This action-packed class has exercises that are the combination of high and low impact cardio programs plus Pilates exercises with the Swiss ball, which targets specific muscle groups including abs, legs, and back. |
