GROUP EXERCISE DESCRIPTIONS
Belly Dance
Belly Dance for Fitness is a class that works the body from head to toe. Classes vary weekly including cardio, flexibility & balance, stretching, toning, core strength training etc., all using the feminine art of belly dance.
Cardio: Free-for-all
Expect the unexpected! Any and all types of cardio along with strength training and a good cool down.
Hip Hop
Cardiovascular workout utilizing fun dance moves. The mood is light, the music is hip and the hop is hot!
Cardio: Abs-n-Tone
Full cardio workout ith complete format involving abs strengthening and total body toning.
Yogalates
A class combining the best if each approach to total health. The stretching and flexibility techniques of Yoga, and the strengthening and toning moves of Pilates.

Cardiolax

Great basic class for all ages and fitness levels. Incorporates strength training and cardio for all those of us just jumping off the couch.

Step-n-Tone

Step up your stamina in a class that jams with the latest step moves and tone up muscles while using various strengthening exercise.

Pilates

It strengthens and tones muscles, improves posture, provides flexibility and balance, unites body and mind. Pilates helps create a streamline body shape.

Power Pump

An action packed class, including a challenging cardio workout & various toning exercises using the body bar and free weights.

Yoga

Focus on your breathing. Includes stretching and flexibility techniques that can easily be learned and perfected to help create a balanced body and mind.

Punch-n-Crunch

Take your cardio workout to the next step. Work your arms, legs, abdominal and heart in an aerobic class incorporating punch and kick drills.

Cardio Countdown

Hi/Low aerobics, kick boxing, step and muscle conditioning jam packed into one class.

Cardiotone

Weight training, muscle toning and some step aerobics.

Mind Body Yoga

A relaxing form of Yoga that concentrates on centering your mind and body, as well as providing background info' on Yoga.

Weighs-n-tone
Weight training and muscle toning paced for all to enjoy and benefit from
Kick Boxing
Class that will work your arms, legs, abs, and heart with hi intensity punch and kick drills

Abs-n-Stuff

Intense ab' workout with varied resistance training.
